Neheimaiah, a Jew from  Babylonian, hears a sad story about the plight of holy city of Jerualem from two travelers. They tell him how once mighty city walls are torn down and how the neighboring tribes pillage the city and kill the inhabitants. With  the blessing of the king Xerxes I, he travels to Jerusalem with many of his countrymen and rebuilds the city walls
